Since November of 2014 Iker and Eneko Pou have their own digital magazine to recount their adventures in the mountains, taking their social communications to another level.

The magazine, entitled “BE FREE”, is a declaration of their intention to always “free climb” the routes they choose. The publication is released on a quarterly basis and is accessible and downloadable for free.

With this project, the Pou brothers hope to increase their following and provide more detailed accounts of their expeditions and climbs, but in an innovative way.

There are three characteristics which define this quarterly magazine, which will be published in English and Spanish- innovation, interactivity, and participation.

BeFree combines the timeless elements of the printed magazine with the modern elements of images, animations, and video. It is compatible with computers, tablets, and mobiles.

The content is focus on the Pou Brothers’ projects, as well as those of their friends. It is feature complete articles, technical advice, destination guides, comic strips and more.
